My name is Plamena Gradinarova, and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. My journey as an alternative healer began in 2005, when I graduated with a Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Ruse, Bulgaria. Years later pursued advanced studies in Chinese Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences and graduated in the year of 2023. In addition, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in an exchange program in Taiwan, where—on my third continent—I gained further experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine at China Medical University Hospital.

With over two decades with a lot of dedication and perceviarance of experience in alternative medicine, I believe true health and vitality stem from alignment in mind, body, and spirit, and harmony both within ourselves and our environment. Therefore , I chose a path, one rooted in integrative medicine and evidence-based acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

I advocate and practicing a balanced approach that integrates Eastern and Western medicine to serve patients’ highest good. My practice focuses on treating the root causes of imbalances, and harmonise the body system addressing the whole person, and acknowledging the human spirit and emotions as an integral part of diagnosis and healing. I am continuing tiredlisly upgrading and developing my knowledge in order to provide best possible treatment options .
